Each child enrolled at KULA receives a nutrition evaluation, by a registered dietitian, upon enrollment to determine each child’s dietary needs. After the initial assessment, further evaluations will be given as needed. The dietary staff and nurses work closely with the dietitian to ensure all dietary recommendations and special diets are carried out daily.
