Psychological Testing

Psychological testing allows a psychologist to compare a child’s performance and behaviors with other children their same age. It also allows a psychologist to identify the medical or psychological source of problems and to make appropriate recommendations. Our highly trained psychologist performs the following assessments:

  • Developmental evaluations (to determine current cognitive functioning or intelligence)
  • Learning disability evaluations (to determine academic achievement and potential learning problems)
  • Diagnostic evaluations (to rule out mental health conditions such as Autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, mood disorders or other conditions)
