Crysten Beard


Crysten holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arkansas in Human Development with a concentration in Child Development (birth – age 3). Crysten has always had a desire to work with special needs children. She especially enjoys building trusting relationships with her students. She has served in the United States Army. Crysten loves being outdoors and enjoys watching sports and attending sporting events.

Karla Medina


Karla graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences.  She has a passion for working with children and is a firm believer in early intervention. She is known for her ability to remain calm during any situation. She is a youth group leader at her church and loves to de-stress through exercise.

Ryan Bolling


Ryan is married with one child and two dogs. He received a Bachelor’s in English Literature from Washburn University in 2007 and he received a Master’s of Art in Teaching from Pittsburg State University in 2009. He has experience in teaching children with special needs, as well as teaching in a public school system. He has a knack for connecting with young people and is known for his patience and ability to adapt. In his personal life, he likes music (listening, seeing live concerts and playing guitar), sports (watching football, basketball and baseball), running, lifting weights, playing basketball and reading just about anything (he has hundreds of books). If he could possess one super-human power, it would be the power to disinfect and do-oderaize with a wink!
