Morgan Dubs


Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Addiction Studies at the University of Central Arkansas in December, 2013. Morgan’s interests are in behavior modification and judgement and decision making, which brought him to Kids Unlimited. Professionally, Morgan is known for being patient and compassionate with children with extra needs. He loves to help those that cannot help themselves and knowing that he may impact someone’s life for the better. In his personal life, Morgan likes music, board games, walking/hiking outside and investing in relationships. He also spends time volunteering at his church and at a homeless shelter. Two of Morgan’s favorite non-profit groups are the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty for Animals and the Huntington Disease Society of America.

Jessica Laws


Jessica graduated from Arkansas State with a Bachelor of Science in Education in May 2015. She has a background in nursing and spent 2 years teaching in public school prior to joining Kids Unlimited Learning Academy. Jessica has a strong desire to be an advocate for children and assist parents in helping their children achieve their goals. She has a positive attitude and loves to make learning fun. Jessica has always desired to work with children with special needs which is what brought her to KULA. Jessica plans to continue her education even further in order to better help those around her.

Murphy Rowland


Murphy holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University. She has always loved helping kids learn everything need to be successful in life. In her free time, Murphy is passionate about spending time with her family and music. She has played the viola for 19 years and bassoon for 4. She loves to volunteer with the Cabot Police Department to support her fiance and his brothers and sisters in blue. If she could have one superpower, it would be telekinesis so she could clean her house with her mind.
